Knowledge Deal

Due to popular demand, we have introduced a special deal for people that wish to start the knowledge.  Because when you start learning, you need a bike that is both cheap and reliable and still leave you enough change to get some vital equipment, like a helmet and jacket etc. We have compiled a set of deals that will make learning the knowledge as fuss free as possible.

We have picked a selection of bikes that will fill your needs for practicality and economy, as well as reliability. Each of these bikes come with 2 years unlimited mileage warranty, 1 year road tax, full tank of fuel and 2 stroke oil (where applicable), Knowledge board and a Back box. We will also fit L-plates if required. This deal is only available if you pay ticket price on the machines.

Brand 1, Kymco: The Kymco brand was started in the early 1960's with the company being a parts manufacturer. They initially made parts for Honda to their specification and then graduated to building their small capacity engines. These machines all have 4 stroke engines which have a proven track record for reliability and robustness. They are made to a high standard and are currently our fastest selling brand for people doing the knowledge. The 50cc model returns 120mpg while the two 125cc machines return around 100mpg. They are cheap to service and replacement tyres are as cheap as they come. The 50cc model is restricted to 30mph but can be derestricted to do 40mph. The 125cc models will reach a comfortable 65 mph which is more than enough for London's roads. We have also introduced the Agility City series which is available in both a 50 and 125cc engine size. It is basically the same as a standard Agility but it has larger wheels to deal with the pot holes and cobbled side streets of London, a plusher seat for extra comfort on long stints and disc brakes at the rear as well as the standard front disc. All that extra and it costs just £300 over the price of a standard one.

Brand 2, Peugeot: The name "Peugeot" is more familiar to people as being a French car manufacturer. This helps give confidence to people new to the biking lifestyle for being a common household name that you feel you know. They have a range of scooters to go with the type of riding you will doing around London's streets. The models on offer all have a 2 stroke motor with the exception of the Jetforce 125 which is a 4 stroke.  The 2 stroke engines mean that the bike is easier to work on and less weight for the rider to push around when not aboard the bike. 2 stroke motors also offer better performance than it's 4 stroke counter part due to the engine design. Again, the 50cc model is restricted to 30mph but can be derestricted easily to do about 45mph. The 100 and 125cc models will sit at about 60-65mph top speed. The bikes don't come with a rack as standard so we will add one of these in with the deal.
