Bacons Motorcycles is a family business established in 1983. The company has grown over the last 4 decades and now represents Kawasaki, Royal Enfield, Kymco, Sym & Peugeot as main dealers in the greater London Area.
Due to our growth, we currently have opportunities for you to join our motorcycle sales team. You will be surrounded by a wide range of products so if your passionate about bikes, as you are about customers and you have the flair for sales, the could be the role for you.
Key responsibilities:
- Strive to exceed all set targets and sales objectives
- Accomplish maximum profitability from vehicle and accessory sales
- Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do
- Building relationships & loyalty that makes the customer return time and time again
- Proactive use of databases for customer follow up, in order to maximise sales
- Chasing progress & follow ups on sold orders
- Enthusiastic interest towards ongoing training and development, ensuring all relevant technical, product, legal and promotional information is obtained and understood
- Assist with maintaining & devolving showroom policies
- Sales of clothing and accessories
- Be able to work 5 days, 41 hour week Monday - Saturday
Ideal Candidate:
- Outstanding communication skills, both in person and on the telephone
- The ability to listen, understand and interpret our customers need
- Be self-driven, motivated and determined to meet and exceed minimum standard on sales targets
- Able to work independently or well within a team
- Proficient IT skills
- Must be able to use social media, eBay and other IT programmes
- Must be well organised and able to multi task
- Excellent time keeping and punctuality is a must
- Honest, reliable and trustworthy
- A good sense of Humor
Ideally the successful candidate will have retail sales experience and must be confident with dealing with customers as customer satisfaction is essential for our business. A passion for motorcycles and a enthusiastic attitude is essential. A full motorcycle licence is ideal but not essential.
