Bacons Motorcycles, a trusted name in the motorcycle industry for over 30 years, is looking for a talented Motorcycle Technician to become part of our dedicated team. As a main agent for Kawasaki & Royal Enfield Motorcycles and Kymco & Sym Scooters, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality service for new and used motorcycles and scooters.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct servicing and repairs on motorcycles and scooters safely and efficiently.
• Test and diagnose faults using technical expertise and modern diagnostic tools.
• Carry out safety inspections on all motorcycles and scooters worked on.
• Handle tasks such as tyre fitments, electrical work, general repairs, and engine rebuilds.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in a motorcycle workshop setting.
• Knowledge of modern motorcycles, scooters, and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers when needed.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and a good sense of humour.
• Full motorcycle and car license required.
• Personal toolkit (essential).
• Qualified MOT tester status is a bonus but not essential.
